NBC’s “Today” this morning ran a segment taking one of its competitors to task. Over the weekend Gawker’s John Cook reported that a teenager who was slated to appear on CNN anchor Anderson Cooper’s daytime show seriously injured himself while filming himself skateboard in a reckless manner. The boy is currently in a coma.
In statements, Cooper and the show’s producers expressed concern at the incident, while also distancing themselves from the specifics.
