NBC’s Today.com Turns Back Clock With Vintage Interviews

NBC’s Today.com has launched a new series called, Behind the Interview, which features interviews with Matt Lauer and Savannah Guthrie looking back at significant interviews that they’ve done over the years, including Conrad Murray, Bruce Springsteen, Gabby Giffords, and George W. Bush, all rolling out throughout December.

“The Today and NBC News video archives are overflowing with incredible material that we mine for original digital video segments all the time,” NBC News Digital EP Bill Smee told TVNewser. “The Behind the Interview series allows us to take viewers on a tour of some of the most iconic interviews in our vault, combined with fresh and personal insights and from two master interviewers: Matt Lauer and Savannah Guthrie.”
