Nightly News anchor Brian Williams will anchor Super Tuesday primary results coverage on NBC from 10-11pmET. Joining Williams will be Tim Russert and Tom Brokaw, with Today anchor Ann Curry reporting on exit polls.
Williams will also anchor a one-hour edition of Nightly News at 6:30pmET, as well as filing updates during primetime for the network as primary and caucus results are available.
On MSNBC (where Williams, Russert and Brokaw will be appearing as well) Chris Matthews and Keith Olbermann will anchor coverage from 6pmET-2amET.
With the cable outlet option, NBC News will have the shortest network prime time coverage on Super Tuesday. CBS News is planning for two hours while ABC News has a five-hour coverage plan.

The networks of NBC News – NBC, MSNBC, MSNBC.com, NBC 2 Go and NBC News Radio – will present continuing live coverage of the Super Tuesday primaries, when voters in 24 states cast their ballots in Democratic and Republican presidential primaries and caucuses.
“NBC Nightly News” anchor Brian Williams will lead the network coverage, joined by NBC Washington Bureau Chief and moderator of “Meet the Press” Tim Russert, with live coverage of election results on NBC, 10-11 p.m. ET. The special coverage will be live across all time zones. NBC News Special Correspondent Tom Brokaw will contribute analysis, with “Today” anchor Ann Curry reporting on exit polls. NBC News correspondents Andrea Mitchell, David Gregory, Kelly O’Donnell, Ron Allen, Lee Cowan and Kevin Corke will report from the campaigns across the country. NBC News will also present a special one-hour edition of “Nightly News,” which will be updated with election results across all time zones. In addition, Williams will also anchor network special reports throughout primetime as primary and caucus results are available.
Matt Lauer, Meredith Vieira and Ann Curry will lead “Today’s” Super Tuesday coverage in the morning, with contributions from Russert, NBC News Political Director Chuck Todd and NBC News correspondents.

Chris Matthews and Keith Olbermann will anchor MSNBC’s primetime Super Tuesday coverage, 6 p.m.-2 a.m. ET. They will be joined by NBC’s Brian Williams, Tim Russert, Tom Brokaw, Lester Holt, David Gregory and Chuck Todd and will have reports from NBC News correspondents with the campaigns around the country. “Morning Joe” host Joe Scarborough will lead the network’s evening-long panel discussion and will be joined by Eugene Robinson of the Washington Post, Newsweek’s Howard Fineman and MSNBC political analysts Pat Buchanan and Rachel Maddow.
MSNBC will also have comprehensive coverage all day, beginning with “Morning Joe” from 6-9 a.m. ET, and continuing throughout the day with anchors including Brian Williams and reporting from the NBC News political team.

MSNBC will greatly expand its international reach on Super Tuesday through an agreement with Channel NewsAsia to carry the network’s election coverage. Channel NewsAsia will simulcast MSNBC’s coverage of the election results from 6pm ET February 5 to 6am ET February 6. Channel NewsAsia is distributed in 20 countries throughout Asia, as well as Australia, India and Pakistan. This, in addition to MSNBC’s recent addition to the Free2View platform in Southern Africa, will make MSNBC’s Super Tuesday coverage available to 22 million international viewers in homes and hotel rooms in more than 30 countries. Through cooperative news arrangements, the reporting of NBC News will also be seen on NTV in Japan and ITN in the UK.
NBC MOBILE/NBC NEWS RADIO
NBC News 2 GO, available to MediaFLO/Verizon Wireless customers, will carry MSNBC’s live coverage beginning at 7 p.m. ET until conclusion and will replay overnight.
NBC Mobile will be clipping and refreshing the latest primary and caucus results and analysis from NBC News and MSNBC, and will also send out alerts when races are called.
On Super Tuesday, NBC News will again have a text message survey running, allowing viewers to weigh in on which Democratic and Republican match-up they’d most like to see. Viewers can send a text to 622639 (NBCNEW) to get up-to-the-minute political news on their cell phones from NBC News Political Director Chuck Todd’s “First Read” reports.
MSNBC’s live coverage is also available to NBC News Radio.
OUTDOOR EXPOSURE
Additionally, NBC News Super Tuesday election coverage will be available to millions of additional consumers through a partnership with Clear Channel Communications. MSNBC election results will be displayed on digital billboards throughout five key Super Tuesday states: California, Illinois, Ohio, New Mexico and Kansas. The data will be distributed to the billboards via RSS feed directly from MSNBC.com. MSNBC’s Super Tuesday coverage will also be available on NBC’s 5 Times Square video billboard.
