NBC’s Meet the Press moderator Chuck Todd spoke with the Miami Herald, about his job, Donald Trump and President Barack Obama. The political junkie also discusses vacationing in Florida, what he does to decompress and why he misses the Orange Bowl.
On Trump:
He’s a charmer. He is that old-school politician like Bill Clinton. Anyone he meets, he wants them to like him, and you understand why he’s been so successful in business. It’s a skill and clearly his gift.

On Obama:
He is charismatic but very much the regular guy. He loves talking basketball. I have a feeling when we see him in public afterward it will be at a lot of NBA games. That’s my guess.
