NBC Sports Group Promotes 2 Ad Sales Executives

The NBC Sports Group has promoted two of its ad sales executives: Kevin Lappen and Kevin Conroy. NBC Sports Group’s new executive vice president of ad sales and partnerships Dan Lovinger announced the promotions this morning.

Lappen has been promoted to the role of senior vice president of sports sponsorships, strategy and digital sales. He had been NBC Sports Group’s vp of digital sales. According to Lovinger, Lappen’s new role will be to “create consistency and rigor regarding NBC Sports’ go-to-market strategies.”

Conroy has been promoted to the role of vice president of media sales for NBC Sports’ market-facing team. According to Lovinger, his responsibilities will now include both linear and digital ad sales.

The new structure will align NBC Sports’ sales team with the NBCUniversal sales portfolio.
