NBC Prez: Wright & Zucker Ask Schlieff To Step Into Shapiro’s Shoes

NBC “is still a month away from naming a permanent successor” to Neal Shapiro, sources tell the New York Post. “A leading candidate for the job continues to be Court TV boss Henry Schleiff, who is known to have a close relationship with [Jeff] Zucker. In addition to being courted by Zucker, sources said NBC boss Bob Wright has appealed directly to Schleiff.”
