A tipster sent along an internal memo from NBC News which gives us a sneak peak at how NBC will use the HD “wings” on either side of the screen Tuesday night. The wings will accommodate a list of states and their electoral votes & poll closing times, and later in the night, the vote for president and the votes for congressional races.
