The NYPD arrested NBC News digital producer Carlo Dellaverson today for secretly videotaping an intimate moment with his girlfriend, then posting it on a porn site.
According to the New York Post, Dellaverson, who is based in New York, hid a camera in his apartment and secretly recorded having sex with his girlfriend on Valentine’s Day. Dellaverson then posted the video to an adult site. His girlfriend reportedly found it on his computer earlier this month, moved out, and contacted police.
Dellaverson is charged with disseminating unlawful surveillance and harassment.

An NBC News spokesperson tells TVNewser, “We are taking the matter very seriously and will determine the appropriate course of action once we have learned the facts.”
