The nanny accused of fatally stabbing the two children of CNBC senior vice president Kevin Krim pleaded not guilty Wednesday.

Yoselyn Ortega was arraigned in the hospital, where she remains with self-inflicted stab wounds, this morning. Six-year-old Lucia Krim and two-year-old Leo Krim were killed October 25 in their Upper West Side apartment.

The children were found by their mother in the dark apartment when she returned home with another child, a three-year-old daughter.
