As the snow continued to fall and the ice began to build up in Atlanta earlier this week during a powerful Winter storm, HLN host Nancy Grace went into hero mode.
TVNewser has learned Grace was leaving CNN Center after taping her show Monday when she saw a homeless man trudging through the snow and ice. Because of the conditions, HLN sent an SUV to Grace’s house to pick her up and take her home. That’s when she spotted the man, walking with a cane, slip and fall on the ice.
Grace asked the driver to stop, picked up the man and his belongings, and took him to a homeless shelter on Peachtree Street.
