In the first week of November, MSNBC beat CNN at 7 and 8pm in the 25-54 demographic. On Tuesday, Rita Cosby was #1 in the demo at 9pm. And here’s another win for the list:
On Wednesday, MSNBC beat CNN in the 25-54 demo at 4pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm, and 8pm. (Oh, and 1am and 2am, too.) I don’t want to read too much into this, but the trend lines for MSNBC seem to be moving in the right direction. Enjoy the raw demo numbers:
4pm: FNC: 214,000 / MSNBC: 93,000 / CNN: 79,000
5pm: FNC: 211,000 / MSNBC: 184,000 / CNN: 115,000
6pm: FNC: 338,000 / MSNBC: 196,000 / CNN: 173,000
7pm: FNC: 346,000 / MSNBC: 181,000 / CNN: 143,000
8pm: FNC: 574,000 / MSNBC: 212,000 / CNN: 159,000
