Morning Show Ratings: Week of Oct. 26

morning-show-anchors_640NBC’s Today show wins its 9th week in a row in the A25-54 demo, its longest winning streak in more than three years. ABC’s Good Morning America wins the week in total viewers and does so with its largest margin over Today in two months.

But once again, CBS This Morning is the only morning program to experience growth compared to the same week last year.

CTM is up +11 percent in viewers and up +1 percent in the demo. Good Morning America is down -10 percent in viewers and down -17 percent in the demo and NBC’s Today show is down -9 percent and -7 percent, respectively.

As for the all-important Halloween show bragging rights: GMA topped Today’s dress-up show for the third straight year, with a +182,000 viewer lead.

The averages for the week of Oct. 26:

  • Total Viewers: ABC: 4.879M / NBC: 4.384M / CBS: 3.350M
  • A25-54 viewers: ABC: 1.677M / NBC: 1.753M / CBS: 971,000
