“CBS This Morning,” while still in third place, was the only broadcast network morning program to show year-over-year growth among total viewers. “CTM” was up +7% in viewers, but down -5% in the younger demo.
ABC’s “Good Morning America” remains the No. 1 morning show, with a +650,000 viewer lead on NBC’s “Today,” though “Today” had its narrowest gap vs. “GMA” in 6 weeks.
Both shows were down compared to the same week last year. “GMA” was down -5% in viewers and down -1% in the demo, while “Today” was down -8% in viewers and down -4% in the demo.
