Morning Show Ratings: Week of June 4

For the first time since March, NBC’s “Today” show has won two weeks in a row. “Today” had a 7%, 332,000 total viewer lead on #2 “Good Morning America.” For the past two months, “Today” and “GMA” have traded off the #1 spot. Last week’s was “Today”‘s biggest total viewer win since the week of March 5.

Compared to same week last year both “Today” and “GMA” are down and “CBS This Morning” is up +1%. All three shows are down in younger viewers.

Season to date “GMA” is up +4% in Total Viewers and up +7% in younger viewers versus the year-ago averages. NBC’s “Today” is down -4%/-9% and CBS This Morning is down -8%/-10%.

  • Total Viewers: NBC: 4.81M / ABC: 4.47M / CBS: 2.23M
  • A25-54 viewers: NBC: 2.02M / ABC: 1.72M / CBS: 847K
