The morning gap between NBC and ABC stood at 600,000 viewers last week. Viewership usually
declines in the summer, and this year is no exception. A tipster says Today’s total viewership last week was the lowest since July 1996. Here are the numbers, for the week of July 10:

25-54 demo: NBC: 2,340,000 / ABC: 2,010,000 / CBS: 910,000
