On Monday, when Robin Roberts interviewed the Super Bowl winners in Detroit, GMA beat Today by 340,000 total viewers and 160,000 demo viewers. But NBC won the rest of the week. On Thursday and Friday, the first two days of Today’s live broadcast from its set in Torino, the program “drew on average 6.5 million viewers, a 1.5 lead over GMA,” NBC says.
