Morning Show Ratings: Week of Feb. 2

morning show anchors_640“Good Morning America” continued its winning streak, and even pulled out a win on Monday morning, the day after the Super Bowl which aired on NBC.

But compared to the same week last year all three shows were down in the A25-54 demo: “GMA” was down -11%, “Today” was down -14% and “CBS This Morning was down -2%. Among total viewers, “GMA” and “Today” lost viewers, while “CTM” was up less than +1%.

The same week last year saw the run-up to the Sochi Olympics, which gave a boost to the “Today” show’s ratings. In fact, during this same week last year, “Today” was up double digits from the same week in 2013.

The averages for the week of Feb. 2, 2015:

  • Total Viewers: ABC: 5.649M / NBC: 5.192M / CBS: 3.363M
  • A25-54 viewers: ABC: 2.099M / NBC: 2.056M / CBS: 1.127M
