Morning Show Ratings: Week of April 1

NBC’s Today show was back on top of the morning ratings race last week in both total viewers and the A25-54 demo. Today was also the only show to see viewer growth, up +1% versus the comparable week last year.

This was the first total viewer win for the NBC show in seven weeks and its 10th win overall this season.

ABC’s Good Morning America was down -3% in viewers, while CBS This Morning was down 7% in viewers.

All three shows were down in the demo: NBC down -2%, ABC down -12% and CBS down -7%.

The Nielsen numbers for the week of April 1, 2019:

• Total Viewers: 3,974,000 3,925,000 3,090,000
• Adults 25-54: 1,341,000 1,129,000 815,000
