The Today Show topped Good Morning America by about 800,000 viewers last week.
“The Early Show is the only network morning news broadcast to post percentage gains in total viewers, household ratings and key demographics compared to the same week last year,” CBS notes. (CBS is up 5 percent in total viewers while NBC is down 6 percent and ABC is down 1 percent.)
For the week of June 4:
Total viewers: NBC: 5,283,000 / ABC: 4,436,000 / CBS: 2,477,000
Households: NBC: 4.1/15 / ABC: 3.4/13 / CBS: 2.0/7
