Mo Rocca expanded his CBS Sunday Morning responsibilities this past weekend, taking on the role of anchor. With Charles Osgood recovering from knee surgery, the correspondent and humorist anchored Sunday Morning for the first time. Sunday’s cover story was about Gawker Media losing a civil suit filed by Hulk Hogan, to the tune of $115 million.
Later in the program, Rocca led viewers on a unique, behind-the-scenes tour of the sprawling CBS Broadcast Center in New York–which began life as a dairy. Rocca uncovered mysterious spaces within the building, and ended up bumping into the boss.
