Michael Wolff Cuts Dates From His ‘Fire and Fury’ Book Tour

By Chris Ariens

Fire and Fury, Michael Wolff‘s inside account of the Trump White House, remains No. 1 on the New York Times Nonfiction Best Sellers list, and that comes without much publicity of late.

After several contentious TV interviews, Wolff tweeted last month that he was “swearing off and doing it the old fashioned way” with a book tour. But now, WaPo’s Erik Wemple reports, that book tour is being cut short, with several cancelations:

From the looks of things, Wolff and Co. may have overestimated the demand for his reflections on the Trump administration. Or something. Whatever the case, Wolff’s events are disappeared. Here’s the cancellation for the event in Portland, Maine.; here’s the cancellation for the event in Los Angeles; here’s the cancellation for the event in San Jose; here’s the cancellation for the event in Denver. Box offices for the San Antonio and Kansas City, Mo., events confirmed cancellations.
