Megyn Kelly Takes on Dobbs, Erickson: ‘Who Died and Made You Scientist-in-Chief?’

By Merrill Knox

Megyn Kelly took on Fox Business host Lou Dobbs and Fox News contributor Erick Erickson for their stances on a new study that finds an increasing number of women are the breadwinners for their families.

The pair appeared on Fox News after participating in a panel discussion on the topic on FBN’s “Lou Dobbs Tonight” earlier this week. The all-male panel drew criticism, including from Fox News’ own Greta Van Susteren, who wondered if the men had “lost their minds.”

Kelly — who is a mother of two with a third on the way — started the interview by asking, “What makes you dominant and me submissive, and who died and made you scientist-in-chief?”

“I don’t describe myself as a feminist, but I will tell you I was offended by your piece nonetheless,” Kelly said to Erickson, who followed up the FBN panel with a blog post on the topic. “I didn’t like what you wrote one bit and I do think you are judging people … I have a whole list of studies saying your science is wrong and your facts are wrong.” Watch after the jump.
