Megyn Kelly Interview: Sister Says Josh Duggar Was ‘A Little Too Curious About Girls’

In the second part of Megyn Kelly‘s exclusive interview with members of the Duggar family, two of Josh Duggar‘s sisters–both who say they were among his victims–defend their brother.

In a preview of the interview set to air tonight at 9pmET, Jessa Seewald says she and sister Jill Dillard have forgiven their brother for the sexual abuse. “…I can speak out and I can say this and set the record straight here. Like in Josh’s case, he was a boy, a young boy in puberty and a little too curious about girls. And that got him into some trouble. And he made some bad choices, but really the extent of it was mild, inappropriate touching, on fully clothed victims, most of it while girls were sleeping”

In the interview, the sisters insist they are speaking out voluntarily. They believe much of what has been said about their brother is “lies.”

Dillard says after her brother admitted to the abuse, her parents put locks on their bedroom doors and instituted new rules in the house. “You know, everybody’s in bed. Girls in the girl’s room. Boys in the boy’s room. And so yeah, they just, and as a mother now I look back and I think you know my parents did such an amazing job for me.”
