Megyn Kelly Hosts 2-Hour Special With 4 GOP Candidates

By Chris Ariens

A day ahead of CNN’s GOP debate in Texas, FNC’s Megyn Kelly travels to Houston to anchor a 2-hour prime time voter summit.

The Kelly File: Face to Face with Candidates features only two of the five GOP candidates actually face to face: Dr. Ben Carson and Sen. Ted Cruz. Sen. Marco Rubio and Gov. John Kasich will be live from wherever they are campaigning.

Notably absent, is the GOP front-runner Donald Trump who hasn’t been questioned by Kelly since the first debate in August. In fact, Trump skipped the second FNC GOP debate in January. Fox has another GOP debate set for Mar. 3, and Kelly will again be a co-moderator.

Fox invited Trump to participate in Wednesday’s special, but he declined citing a scheduling conflict. He’ll be campaigning in Virginia Wednesday.
