“NBC’s ‘Passions,’ best known for integrating a lusty orangutan, ghosts and a talking doll into its storylines, went one better in its Sept. 8 episode, featuring a prosecuting attorney named ‘Grace Nancier’ — based on CNN/ Court TV personality Nancy Grace.
Grace Nancier, played by Tonya Walker-Davidson, arrived on Passions to prosecute Dr. Eve Russell (Tracey Ross), who’s charged with attempted murder. Insiders say Grace herself was approached to play the role — but just didn’t have the time.”
