The Today show’s Matt Lauer gets the first post-Trump inauguration interview with former Pres. George W. Bush.

Pres. Bush is booked live for next Monday’s show to talk about his new project, Portraits of Courage: A Commander in Chief’s Tribute to America’s Warriors. The book and special exhibit at The Bush Center features his oil paintings and stories of 98 military service members.

While the booking is about Bush’s new project, expect the 43rd President of the United States to get some questions about the 45th as well as the 41st.

Pres. Bush will be joined in studio by four wounded warriors who are featured in the book. The NBC morning show is stretching the interview over three parts next week, including a portion just for Facebook Live. Bush will also sit down with Willie Geist at MacDill Air Force Base. That interview airs on Sunday Today, March 5.

Former First Lady Laura Bush once co-hosted the show in 2008. Bush’s daughter Jenna Bush Hager has been a Today show contributor since 2009. In 2013, Pres. Bush joked that Jenna’s job at Today continues “the warm relations the Bush family has with the national press.”
