Matt Lauer Speaks with NYPD Police Commissioner on ‘Today’

This morning NYPD Police Commissioner Bill Bratton sat down with Matt Lauer live on the “Today” show to speak out against the recent NYPD officer slayings. Bratton believes that Mayor Bill de Blasio has lost the respect of “some officers,” telling Lauer the city finds itself in a “change moment.”
