Matt Lauer is not just anchor of the Today show, he’s an actor (playing himself). At least he was in a couple different mediums last night during “30 Rock.”
During the show, he was forced to appease Jack Donaghy’s girlfriend’s grandmother (clip after the jump). But he was also featured prominently in a full trailer for the upcoming “Land of the Lost” movie that played during a commercial break, interviewing Dr. Rick Marshall (played by Will Ferrell) — before being attacked by him on the Today set.
