CANNES, France—Maria Bartiromo brought her show to Cannes Lions this week because brand marketing is about so much more than creativity in advertising. It’s about the entire ecosystem that supports brands, including social platforms, advertising technology, and media. Like Fox, WarnerMedia, NBCUniversal, ABC/Disney and CBS are also representing in a big way here in Cannes, a week meant to honor the best with coveted Cannes Lions.
