CNBC anchor Maria Bartiromo and Rep. Barney Frank (D-Mass.) got into a heated debate on “Closing Bell.” The topic of discussion was the Volcker Rule, and whether it was definable or not.
“Maria, if you want to have a serious conversation, let’s have it,” Frank said at one point. Bartiromo kept her cool for the most part, only raising her voice slightly a few times during the conversation.
