Man Interrupts Fox and Friends Shouting ‘Bill Clinton Is a Rapist’

By Mark Joyella

A Fox and Friends segment on dog adoption was interrupted Saturday morning by a man who shouted “Bill Clinton is a rapist” at least five times before being removed by security officers.

The segment, shot live on the outdoor plaza outside Fox headquarters in midtown Manhattan, had just begun when the man–who appeared to use monitors to make himself visible in the shot–unbuttoned his shirt to reveal a t-shirt with Clinton’s face on it, and began shouting.

Tucker Carlson, Abby Huntsman and Ed Henry apologized for the interruption and continued with the segment, though producers for a time took the entire outdoor shot off camera and used a Fox and Friends full screen graphic as security worked to get the man under control and out of the background. He could be heard saying “get your hands off me.”

The man, who at one point appeared to be attempting to climb over a barricade separating the sidewalk from the outdoor studio area, has not been identified.

UPDATE: The Hill reports the man may have been responding to a challenge issued by Infowars host Alex Jones, who offered a reward to listeners of his radio show:

On his Infowars radio show, Jones on Friday hawked the Clinton “rape” t-shirt and offered big money to anyone who wears the shirt and calls Clinton a rapist on television.

“Anyone that gets on national TV with the shirt clearly, for more than five seconds, gets $1,000. That means behind cameras, you name it. Anyone that gets it on air on national TV and gets the words out ‘Bill Clinton is a rapist,’ or things along that line, with a bullhorn — I could go to this right now, $5,000.”
