Fusion is partnering with new social network Whisper. Starting today, Fusion will take key stories and trend lines from Whisper, where users can anonymously share and connect with others, and provide additional context for the Fusion audience, both online and on TV.
“Whisper creates community and compelling conversation around the news and issues that are important to our young, diverse audience,” said Isaac Lee CEO of Fusion. “By incorporating Whisper content into our reporting, we’ll be able to expand and enhance our ability to tell stories from a unique perspective.”
“Whisper and Fusion share a similar mission to create content that is inclusive and emotionally driven,” said Neetzan Zimmerman, who left Gawker earlier this year to become editor-in-chief of Whisper. “We’re excited to see what content results from this innovative partnership.”
