Molly Palmer Cowan, a Today show producer, and husband Lee Cowan, a correspondent and substitute anchor for CBS Sunday Morning, are the proud parents of a baby boy born in California on Friday.
Kevin Spencer Cowan weighed in at eight pounds exactly, measuring 21.5 inches.
The baby is the first for the couple, who announced Palmer Cowan’s pregnancy back in September. Kevin also is the first grandchild for the Cowan and Palmer families. On the Palmer side, he is the grandson of journalist and writer Nancy Doyle Palmer and the late NBC Newsman John Palmer.
