King Is Back To 100 Percent After Surgery

Larry King is A-OK following vascular surgery last week.
“He’s now 100 percent,” Cindy Adams says. “Yesterday, besides being back on the air, he kept his daily breakfast (toasted corn muffin and iced coffee) with his steady cronies.”

Larry says: “I went in Friday morning and was out Saturday. I actually never knew anything about the carotid artery. See, I take a yearly test. My doctor checked the blood flow to my brain and discovered I was over 70 percent blocked. They say it has not to do with your heart, that it even could be an inherited situation. Whatever, it’s a pre-stroke condition… I tell you the truth, I was scared. You’re always scared with stuff like this. After it’s over, you wonder how you even did it.”
