Kennedy, Bill Bellamy Hold MTV VJ Reunion on FBN

By Brian Flood

In the early 90s, two MTV personalities appearing side-by-side on a news program would have been unthinkable. Well, times have changed.

Fox Business Network’s Kennedy was joined by her former MTV colleague Bill Bellamy for a VJ-reunion last night. The longtime friends reminisce about the glory days of MTV while revealing what “The Onion” means.

Kennedy even suggests Bellamy should replace Jon Stewart on “The Daily Show,” and mentions calling Comedy Central president Doug Herzog to lobby for the role. Herzog used to be their boss at MTV.
