Katty Kay: ‘I Think There Would Always be a Limitation on Having a Foreigner Present a Major News Program Here’

We caught up with the BBC’s Washington correspondent and author Katty Kay after her keynote speech at today’s eBook Summit, produced by Mediabistro. The Kindle-toting journalist is the author of The New York Times bestseller Womenomics: Write Your Own Rules to Success.

In addition to her work for the BBC, Kay is also a contributor to NBC News and can often be seen on “Meet the Press.” We asked her if she might be a candidate for the soon-to-be vacated moderator chair on “This Week.” She thinks her British accent would be a dealbreaker.
