Juliet Huddy Leaves Fox

After 18 years at Fox, Juliet Huddy is moving on. TVSpy reports Huddy announced her departure on the air Wednesday.

Most recently Huddy co-anchored early morning show Good Day Wake Up on Fox-owned station WNYW in New York. Before joining Fox5 in 2012, Huddy spent 14 years in several roles at Fox News Channel, starting as a Miami correspondent, fill in anchor, Dayside anchor and, in 2007, was named co-host of the syndicated ‘Morning Show with Mike and Juliet’ which was cancelled in 2009.

Huddy’s father, John Huddy, was an old friend of Roger Ailes, who ran both Fox News and the Fox TV stations before his abrupt resignation in July. Juliet Huddy’s brother, also named John, works for Fox. He is a Middle East correspondent for Fox News.

Huddy plans to launch a website which will cover the music industry.
