Live Blogging from Time Warner Center:

Many of the CNN anchors have left the confines of the 5th floor Election Center at TWC and have moved to the 2nd floor for an hour-long live special that’s about to get underway (Noon ET).

Warming up the crowd, CNN president Jon Klein joked about the net’s non-stop coverage, “It’s been a super week. Super Sunday…Monday…today. I think I’m going to have a heart attack.”

Campbell Brown returns from maternity leave to anchor the “CNN-Time America Votes 2008” special. Wolf Blitzer will moderate a panel of analysts discussing the Democratic race, Anderson Cooper moderates a Republican race panel and Lou Dobbs will lead a panel relating to…wait for it…Independents. More than a dozen CNN or Time Magazine contributors are in attendance.
