John Seigenthaler Joins Finn Partners

By Chris Ariens

John Seigenthaler, who until April, was an anchor for the now-shuttered Al Jazeera America, has joined PR firm Finn Partners as Senior Counsel. He’ll advise clients across the agency’s network of offices, which include dvlSeigenthaler, a Nashville-based agency Seigenthaler worked for in between TV news stints.

“I’m proud to join Finn Partners as it expands into a worldwide communications industry leader,” Seigenthaler said in a statement. “I look forward to using my communications skills to help clients tell their stories in new ways and navigate an ever-changing media landscape.”

Seigenthaler worked for his family’s firm, which was acquired by Finn Partners last year, from 2008-2013, when he joined AJAM. From 1996-2007, Seigenthaler was an anchor for NBC News and MSNBC. He’s also worked as an anchor/reporter at Nashville’s WKRN and WSMV and Seattle’s KOMO.
