Today entertainment reporter Jill Rappaport joins the growing list of TV journo-authors with her new book, Mazel Tov: Celebrities’ Bar and Bat Mitzvah Memories, featuring interviews with twenty Jewish celebs.
Among the famous interviewees is CNBC’s Donny Deutsch, who tells Rappaport about his Bar Mitzvah, “It was probably two hundred people, which was a decent size…It was just a good time.”
Other celebs featured in the book include NBC Universal CEO Jeff Zucker and NBC’s Gene Shalit.
