Fox News Channel anchor Jenna Lee has a lot on her plate this summer: anchoring “Happening Now,” celebrating her one-year anniversary at FNC, and oh yeah, getting married. So what keeps her going?

A diet based on Greek yogurt, egg whites and the occasional Italian feast with her “Happening Now” crew, New York finds out. Lee shares her food diary with the magazine, noting that she stays away from coffee because it interferes with her ability to read the teleprompter.

Lee needed her energy this week — ahead of her July Fourth wedding to a Navy SEAL, she went to spy school for a segment that aired Friday on “Happening Now.”
