Janice Dean, Meghan McCain Take New Roles at Fox News

Fox News Channel meteorologist Janice Dean is joining Fox and Friends weekday mornings. “Once in a super moon … your dreams come true,” Dean said on the show Monday morning. “We’re going to have fun, weather, and a little bit of kooky,” she joked.

Dean, who has been with Fox News for 13 years, was moved to tears by a video of some of her most memorable–and unusual–moments. Moving from weekends to weekdays, she said was “a dream come true; you guys are my family.”

FNC also announced Monday that Meghan McCain would become a permanent co-host on Outnumbered. “I feel privileged to have the opportunity to work alongside the strong women on Outnumbered and am excited to join the team as a full time co-host,” McCain said in a statement. “I’m grateful for the opportunity to share my unique perspective with viewers on a now daily basis.”

McCain joined Fox News as a contributor in 2015.
