On “MediaBuzz” Sunday, Fox News reporter Jana Winter reiterated she was never going to reveal sources from her Aurora, CO shooting story

“If I make a promise to say I will not publish this information unless I keep your name out of it, I’m not going to change my mind,” Winter told Howard Kurtz. “There are no take backs. I said I’d keep my sources secret, and that’s it…end of story.”

Winter said she felt her ordeal was completely “bizarre” and unfair.

Over on “Reliable Sources,” Brian Stelter closed the show agreeing with Roger Ailes that protecting Winter’s confidential sources was necessary to protect journalism and democracy.
