Discovery Communications’ Investigation Discovery channel continues to add well-known television news personalities to its lineup. The latest addition is NBC legal analyst Dan Abrams, who will host ‘Chasing Justice with Dan Abrams.’ The series will feature re-purposed content from the NBC newsmagazine ‘Dateline,’ and is being produced for ID by Peacock Productions.
Abrams joins the previously announced ’60 Minutes on ID,” hosted by Scott Pelley, which is a half-hour adaptation of the CBS newsmagazine, and ID’s original newsmagazine ‘On the Case with Paula Zahn,’ which has already earned a third season pickup from the network.
’60 Minutes on ID’ debuts July 12 at 8 p.m., with ‘Chasing Justice with Dan Abrams’ premiering at 8:30 p.m.
