Benjamin Seibert was accused of stalking a woman after she found his photo on her phone. The woman assumed the picture was a “selfie” taken by an intruder and called police.

It turns out Seibert’s image got onto the women’s phone when a mutual friend sent it by mistake. Denver police cleared Seibert of all charges, but he says Grace kept the story alive on her social media accounts and continued to publish his photo.
