Krystal Ball, co-host of MSNBC’s “The Cycle” and host of shift’s “Krystal Clear,” is profiled in Cosmopolitan. Ball discusses running for Congress, how she launched a TV career, and how hosting her web show “Krystal Clear” on shift is “the most rewarding thing” she’s done in her career thus far.

“I love doing ‘The Cycle,’ but I also wanted to create a show that would have a broad range directly aimed at young women and young mothers, and that would cover a variety of both serious and fun topics. Then one day I got asked to guest host on a web show. I didn’t even know we had web shows. So I started thinking, Maybe this is a space where I could do the thing I’ve been wanting to do.”

NBC’s Savannah Guthrie is featured in the L.A. Times, where she talks baby surveillance, interviewing President Obama and her self-deprecating sense of humor.

“One of the perks of the job is getting my hair blown out every day. If you saw my hair in its natural form, you would make it the lead of this story.”

Fox Business Network host Jamie Colby is profiled in The Daily Beast, where she discusses everything from food to her relationship with TV legend Johnny Carson.

“I wasn’t star-struck so much with Johnny. Because of my age, I thought John Travolta was more of an exciting thing when he came to the office.”
