Journalists who joked about Trump’s repeated insistence that the size of his crowds mattered more than what the pollsters were saying, now face the reality that Trump was right. “The crowds mattered,” Joe Scarborough said. “Like Trump said all along while we all mocked him.”
“The media was all in on this narrative. Everybody was marching in lock step: Clinton is going to win, Clinton is going to win,” said Scarborough.
