With TVNewser in New York today, we went down to check out the scene in Times Square. We asked some NYPD what they expected for today. “We always plan for the worst,” said one. “It won’t be like New Years.” At about 10:30amET, there were only about 100 people gathered in the area, most watching ABC News’ feed. We also tracked down an MSNBC Starbucks, where a small crowd was gathering to watch the only place to hear the Inauguration.
