Was anyone else surprised by “GMA exclusive” bug in the corner of this morning’s Good Morning America interview with Al Gore? The former vice president has granted interviews to almost everyone under the sun to promote his must-see documentary “An Inconvenient Truth.” He appeared on the Today Show a month ago on May 24. So what made today’s interview with Bill Weir an “exclusive?!”

> Update: 3:15pm: “The Gore interview was exclusive because he was reacting to a major story on global warming — the thursday report that the earth is warmer than it has been in 2000 years…GMA was the only program with his reaction,” an e-mailer says…

> Update: 3:50pm: What does exclusive mean? “I think in TV land, it means ‘not a press conference, just an interview with us right now,'” an e-mailer jokes…
