NBC’s in house advertising, promotion and marketing group, called The NBC Agency, has promoted Bill Hartnett to senior VP. TVNewser obtained a memo from EVP Frank Radice in which Radice writes Hartnett will add “the responsibility of managing the integration and daily operation of the MSNBC Creative services team into the existing structure of the NBC Agency, East Coast.”
The MSNBC promotion team has seen changes in recent days, most recently the departure of Dave McCoy to CBS News.
